One-to-one therapy for performers and creatives in theatre, film/TV and entertainment
"The purpose of counselling is to explore, clarify and work towards living in a more personally satisfying and resourceful way"
Sessions on Zoom to make your therapy accessible wherever you are
Your therapy, your therapist
We all, at some points in our lives, face challenges and obstacles. These difficulties often arise during times of change, uncertainty, isolation or stress.
They can be related to specific events or situations both from the past and in the present.
Support from others is vital to our emotional well-being. However, sometimes we may find ourselves stuck or struggling with sensitive issues. Discussing these with an unbiased, non-judgmental professional can provide significant benefits.
Lee Ellaway Therapy offers you a safe and confidential space to express and explore your feelings, and to support any changes that you might desire.
Reaching out for help can be difficult. It takes bravery and emotional resources to make that first step. Finding the right therapist for you is important.
When you make a new enquiry, I will respond within 24 hours. The next step is a free, no obligation 20-minute Zoom call to see if we are a good fit to work together.
